    From 2005 to 2018, “WAX” appeared every summer as a rare beach lounge and cultural event on the shores of Niijima, Tokyo — a space where music, art, fashion, and surf culture intersected.
    Now, in the milestone summer marking 20 years since its launch, a one-night-only special event WAX(20)25 will be held to celebrate the completion of the documentary LAST DANCE, which captured its final season.

    As special guests, Captain Vinyl — the DJ duo of DJ NORI and MURO — will take the stage. Known for their unique back-to-back sets using only 7-inch vinyl, they spin everything from SOUL, DISCO, and FUNK to the latest in dance music, shaking dancefloors across Japan.
